History

LaDuke Roofing and Sheet Metal was founded in 1932 by Phillip LaDuke, Sr.  Since then it has seen four generations represent the company successfully, including current president Roger LaDuke.  Our commitment to family values and quality work guides our corporate ideals.  In 1992, we were the first roofing company in the country to achieve ISO certification for compliance in safety, materials management, office requirements, and other responsibilities.  Today, we are large enough to handle multimillion dollar projects while maintaining the personal touch that helped us become one of the most trusted contractors in Michigan.

2016 marks LaDuke Roofing and Sheet Metal's 84th year in business, ranking it among the few original family owned businesses in the greater Detroit area, still operated by the original family, specializing in commercial and industrial roofing and custom architecture sheet metal. Throughout our history, we have worked to provide our clients with a variety of roofing products, including the original built up roofing systems both asphalt and coal tar pitch, cold applied modified bitumen and single ply roof systems, such as PVC, TPO, or EPDM. Our sheet metal department is among the best in the industry, skilled in both fabrication and installation of custom architectural sheet metal, including metal copings, roofing, and siding as well as many other roof related metal components.

Systems and Capabilities

We are a certified installer of many of the industry's top manufacturers.  We specialize in EPDM, PVC, and TPO single-ply membranes as well as traditional asphalt and coal tar built up or modified roofing systems.  Our clients include low and steep slope facilities for commercial, industrial, automotive, and retail centers.

Safety Priorities

We are often able to negotiate on certain aspects of your roofing needs. Safety is not one of them. LaDuke Roofing insists that all employees adhere to OSHA and MIOSHA regulations in order to ensure a safe job site.
